Represents a complete daily ration for a weight controlling diet. Can help in the context of a low-calorie diet by targeted replacement of meals to facilitate weight loss or control. SQUEEZY ATHLETIC is quickly and easily prepared with a low-fat liquid. For an optimal athletic shake without powder residues, a shaker with dosage scale and insert sieve is very suitable. Preparation of one portion: prepare 45 g powder in 200 ml water. 5 portions correspond to one daily ration.
Proceed in three steps!
Phase 1 - Initial phaseIn
the initial phase you will feed yourself exclusively on SQUEEZY ATHLETIC for three days. Take SQUEEZY ATHLETIC immediately at the slightest sign of hunger or appetite - about 18 - 20 tablespoons throughout the day. You can get a shake by mixing 3 - 4 tablespoons of SQUEEZY ATHLETIC with buttermilk, diet whey or yoghurt (or another sugar-free mixed substance) or simply preparing it with water.
The fourth day is your first "wish day". Now you can reward yourself and eat what you like. You can, for example, orient yourself to the LOGI nutrition pyramid.
Three more days will follow, during which you will feed exclusively on SQUEEZY ATHLETIC. After that you have a "wish day" again. You keep this rhythm until you have reached 50% of your diet target.
2 - Stabilization phaseIn
the stabilization phase, you may eat a mixed meal daily.
For this the "desired day" is omitted. It is important that you do not consume carbohydrates in the evening, but prefer a protein meal. SQUEEZY ATHLETIC you eat in the usual way. You then move on to the next phase when you have reached a further 20% - 30% of your diet target.
3 - Target phaseThe focus here is on a
change in diet.
In the target phase, you may eat two meals a day. So you can easily combine pasta, potatoes or rice with low-fat fish, chicken or turkey meat. You should avoid fatty sauces, choose tomato sauce instead. Here, too, it is important to prefer protein products to carbohydrates in the evening. SQUEEZY ATHLETIC will be served as usual.
